I had a mixed experience with Gottschalk Logistic. While their delivery was prompt and the quality of service was good, I faced some issues with their customer support. It took them a while to respond and address my queries. However, once they did, they were helpful in resolving the issue. Overall, I would say they are decent and can improve their customer support.
