We had one of the family suites. We came for swimming and family time. There is a quiet rule after 11pm and several other rooms had complained about our neighbors and at 1 pm they were still loud and banging on walls so my daughter had to bring someone from the front desk up to hear it before they would make them stop. And my son lost an expensive piece of equipment that we suspect an employee stole when he forgot it at the Treehouse bar when she was learning how to make his drink.
