I recently utilized the services of this waste management company, and my experience was decent overall. The website provided a good amount of information and was easy to navigate. However, I found the customer service to be somewhat lacking, as I had to follow up multiple times to get a response to my inquiries. The pricing was competitive, but I didn't feel that the level of service fully matched the cost. While the actual waste management services were satisfactory, the lack of communication and follow-through was a bit disappointing. Overall, it was an average experience for me.
