In my opinion, it is not worth the trip out of Rome without a guide, because then you can only see the small exhibition of the past of Italian and American films and some props. Although nicely done, too little. Shop and restaurant available.

A guided tour opens up a paradise of ingenious backdrop architecture in the otherwise inaccessible film city. The tour changes everything and the day becomes an experience. It is not necessarily something for small children, but there is probably an amusement park elsewhere. The photos are all of the (unbelievable to the eye) scenery that you can walk on. There by taxi, back by subway.
