Unbelievably poor service. I had to call repeatedly in order to speak to an actual person, and there is no option to leave a message when the party you are trying to reach is unavailable (the phone rings and rings, but no machine ever picks up). When I did manage to reach a person, they were extremely unhelpful; they refused to help me over the phone, and insisted that I reach out via email. They also insisted I find the email address I needed to contact via the consulate website rather than simply telling it to me. I'm completely disgusted.
