I recently used a CRM integration service from a company called Riva CRM Integration and I found the experience to be quite average. The website was easy to navigate and the initial contact with the sales team was smooth. However, the actual integration process took longer than expected and the customer support was not as responsive as I had hoped. The integration itself seemed to work well once it was up and running, but the overall experience left something to be desired. I would say that the service provided met my basic needs, but I was left feeling like there was room for improvement in terms of efficiency and communication.
