The benefits are great, they are pretty flexible as far as schedules and family work balance, and honestly, I love what I do! Does this mean I don't stress or have days where I'm in a tizzy because of my job? No... But I have those days because I care and want the best for everyone I work with. So those things come with the job, especially when you take pride in what you do.
