I had an average experience using Telemed Africa. While the platform was easy to use and the doctors were knowledgeable, I felt that the consultation could have been more thorough. The appointment scheduling process was smooth, but I expected a bit more attention to detail during the consultation itself. Overall, it was a decent experience, but it didn't exceed my expectations.
