Our first trip to Vegas....we paid/reserved a king...

Our first trip to Vegas....we paid/reserved a king suite but did not receive this. We were told after check-I m that there were no King suites available. Many of the hotel staff have artist uses and are rude. The hotel is beautiful but the customer service lacks. Your supposed to be able to drink for free while gambling/playing but they practically avoid you so you re forced to pay 20$ a drink if you want to receive one. While walking around in the casino and even when approaching elevators to go to
Our room we were constantly stopped to verify that we have a room key and are actual guests....and it would be the same employees verifying each time....aggravating!
