Terrible place to work.

Terrible place to work.
They fired me for waiting in the break room before my shift started. They don't want you to enter the building until one minute before your shift starts.
They don't want to train anybody here. If you don't know the technical details on how roller printers work then they will give you a snarky comment when you ask for help on how to do something and then they will ignore you for the rest of the shift.
They will try to make you clean all of the ink off all of the rollers on the line on your first day so you get ink that doesn't come out all over your clothes, shoes and hands.
It's mandatory 10 hour shifts here starting on your first day.
