I've just attended a shutdown at ASR Rod Mill. As a contractor I can't express enough how helpful the staff were compared to many other sites I visit. My site contact Tom Parry was really helpful and informative and although I don't know their names, the security gatehouse man, the chap that did the induction, and the chap in the permit office went over and beyond to sort my job, direct me to the correct location, and offer any further assistance needed. A credit to industry I would say.
