I have been a customer of Faiser telecomunicações for several years now and I must say their service has been consistently average. While they do provide the basic functionalities one would expect from a telecom company, their customer service leaves much to be desired. There have been instances where I had to wait for a long time on hold just to get a simple query answered. Overall, I would rate them as an average company.
