There is still free covid testing being provided here. Unfortunately they have made a new rule where you can only get the covid test if you have a prescription from a Doctor suggesting a covid test. DO NOT come without a prescription for the test or you will go empty handed.
They do have a Federal Government Hospital 300 metres away from where you can get a referral though. But the OPD also lasts only from 8am to 1pm. So you have to visit in time to get a referral. As a nation, instead of making it easier and having a doctor sit where they are giving the covid test, the patient who is already not feeling well has to go back and get a referral. Why do we not make things easier???
