I've been a resident of Shipp Apts for a while now and I have to say it's been a wonderful experience. The building is well-maintained and the staff is friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and public transportation. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient living space.
