We went to Lexus of West Kendall thinking we were going to a reputable dealer, salesman Mr. Vazquez took us on a test drive and we ending up purchasing the car. They never once attempted to sell me the extended warranty on this low mileage Lexus, they provided me with papers to sign immediately after I said I wanted the car. Without any guidance, they advised me to sign every single paper without explaining to me that one of the papers I was signing was a refusal of extended warranty (so they claim I signed) we took the car home, three months later we noticed they hadn t even sent us any bank statements, we called to see if there was something wrong and it turns out NO ONE HAD ANY KNOWLEDGE THAT THE CAR WAS IN OUR POSSESSION SO BASICALLY THEY GAVE US THE CAR WITHOUT EVER EVEN PROCESSING OUR PAPERWORK. For three months I was driving around with a car that Lexus of West Kendall gave me basically for free because the gentlemen that assisted me messed up badly and basically let me go with a car that, for all we know, was a car that might not have even been for sale, but they did have no problem collecting my down payment then letting me go with the car. After a few attempts, they finally called me back, they were so embarrassed they had made such a poor mistake, they asked us to come in AGAIN to sign paperwork PROPERLY. After I did the necessary paperwork I drive the car for free for another 3 months courtesy of Lexus of West Kendall so I wouldn t give them a bad review. A few months later, this LOW MILEAGE vehicle has a poor running transmission. We take the car back to Lexus and they tell us we have to pay almost $10K to get it fixed because we never signed for the extended warranty a car that would ve been FREE had I never brought it to their attention. When I showed the car to the mechanic at Lexus I asked why would a car with such low mileage have transmission issues? The mechanic said never mind the mileage it s because of the year of the car why the transmission went bad so they basically sold me a bad car from the beginning. I m writing this in hopes that this will deter people this holiday season from buying from this group of thieves who encourage their clients to purchase poor quality vehicles so they can make a quick buck for commission. We were robbed of our hard earned money.
