As a CUSTOMER, I had a mixed experience with S5 software technologies inc. While their website, s5software.com, is informative and the team is responsive, there were a few issues that I encountered. The project took longer than expected and there were some miscommunications along the way. However, the team made efforts to resolve the issues and delivered a satisfactory end result. I would rate them as 'average'. There is room for improvement in terms of project management and communication.
