The yoga classes at Param Yoga have been a game-changer for me. The instructors are incredibly supportive and knowledgeable. They offer modifications for all levels, making the sessions accessible to everyone. The positive and welcoming atmosphere is truly refreshing. I'm grateful to have found this gem of a studio.
