Update to review: still terrible I'm upset I have to give at least 1 star 6 months later and issue is still not resolved. They give you nothing but the run around reps call you asking for you to return their calls leave their names & office hours but no extension to reach them, so all you can do is speak with reps in uninvolved departments who can't give you the proper extension to reach the correct person only can offer to transfer you to their voice mail since everyone is constantly on the phone or "Unavailable" also by the way don't hold your breath expecting a call back to your voice mail cause it's not going to happen. All you can do is keep calling, getting transferred, leaving voice mails, repeat. Your only hope if you have loancare is do whatever it takes to refinance your home and get your mortgage away from them and pray your new mortgage company doesn't sell your account to loancare again.

Terrible customer service, was told one thing over and over again I did exactly as I was asked provided all the documents they requested, sent money only to be told later that the people I spoke to where wrong and could not deliver on the promises they had given me as it was the responsibility of a different department all together.
