I had a great experience at the Crowne Plaza Holiday Inn Express-Springfield, Il. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was also convenient, with easy access to the highway and nearby attractions. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
