We were having a problem with our pier fitting tog...

We were having a problem with our pier fitting together right. Called to see if there was a different kind of clamp that we needed. Kathy was very helpful and accommodating, asking us to send pictures so she could visualize our problem. Turns out we have been putting it together wrong for 12 years and she was able to tell us how to correct it! Thanks so much for the great customer service!
