Unfortunately, I tried to book by phone, and the customer service did not treat me with respect, but on the contrary, they insulted two employees from the customer service and their supervisor and mistreated me .. as if I were asking to reserve the place for free .. If this is the resort s policy for reservations, with great regret I consider it one of my worst personal experiences, and I do not recommend dealing With them by phone .. I ask the hotel management to direct their female employees to the correct and proper methods and to educate them in how to deal with the customer. They reflect a picture of the place and its services.

Thank you for making me a false and disrespectful client over the phone, and thank you for raising your voice to me .. This is all of your morals.
