Michael Moreno along with other members at Bob Tomes Ford went above and beyond when it came to my new Bronco From the reservation to delivery (a whole year and half). They stayed on top of my Bronco order from start to finish. They kept me up to date on any changes (and there were a few) as they occurred.

I had yet to see a full size Bronco in "person" so a team member told My husband and I about a local Bronco show and suggested we go and take a look.. There was another time, when Michael called to let me know that a couple of Broncos had just been delivered to the dealership and invited my husband and I to come take a look. Michael knew in the beginning that I was a little unsure about the color I originally ordered. The Bronco that came in, just so happened to be that same color I ordered. Once I saw the cactus gray Bronco up close ( and not online) it was definitely the right color for me!

The day my Bronco arrived at Bob Tomes, I got a call from Michael and another team member! You could definitely tell they shared in my excitement!!

I didn't realize it until I got home this evening, but Michael laminated my window sticker just another keepsake from Ford
