Bcmkart is an average company overall. The website is easy to navigate and the product range is decent. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. They were slow to respond to my queries and were not very helpful. The pricing is also not the most competitive, so I ended up purchasing from a different retailer. Overall, an okay experience with room for improvement.
