State Farm Insurance is an average company. I haven't had any major issues with them, but I also haven't had any exceptional experiences either. Their customer service agents are generally helpful, although there have been a few instances where I felt like my concerns were not fully addressed. Overall, I would say State Farm Insurance is just okay.
