This rating is about service. Long story short, Eric McClelland agreed to do renovation of main floor of my home. He was supposed to get me scope of work by September 15th, 2016. I finally called in mid October. Spoke with Jenna. Heard nothing. Except for the interim bill I received (and paid). Emailed and called (spoke with Jenna) several times in November. Always told Eric wanted the job and would get back to me shortly. In mid December I received a typed letter from Eric delivered by Canada Post. It began " I am sorry to have led you on...." I am now suing the company.
