In Feb 2018 SAM (Snell Advanced Media) has been acquired by Belden group, and merged with their broadcast company (Grass valley), it has been decided the SAM name to retire and Grass Valley name to be used moving forward as you see in the photos I uploaded new branding already on the building, this place building will remain as a HQ for GV in EMEA region and global HQ in Montreal, Canada.
