It's a good library except the handicapped ramp is...

It's a good library except the handicapped ramp is still difficult for my husband and me to use. It's broken and has been for as long as I've been in a wheelchair.
The librarians are very nice especially Tamala. I needed to print some things from my email and it had been a long time since I had done that so I couldn't remember how. Tamala showed me how with a smile. Thank you.
