I have been working at County Mncpl Empls Sprvsrs for a few years now, and overall, it's been a pretty average experience. The work environment is decent, the pay is okay, and the benefits are average. The management is somewhat disorganized, but they try to address issues whenever they arise. It's not a bad place to work, but it's not great either.
