Somehow, and I have no idea how this happened, Jim Seay is our landlord. We have a property in downtown Baltimore on 24th street and this is one of the worst landlord experiences I've ever had. His faulty HVAC installation has cost us hundreds on our energy bill, he refuses to get things in the house fixed (water damage, cracks in the ceiling, the doorbell, etc.) and his prices are outrageous. He wanted a $500 non-refundable pet deposit. Beyond that, it's impossible trying to communicate with his office as our point of contact has changed 3 separate times. The ladies we've dealt with are pleasant, but can't do anything. It's all excuses with these people.
I was discussing these issues with the landlord of the property next to ours, and he said we'd be the third consecutive tenant to take him to renter's court for failure to fix the property. Don't rent from Premier Rides, seriously.
