By far the fastest, easiest, & happiest process of purchasing a vehicle! From the start I give them a 10 +. Working with Dean, Tony & Chris exceeded my expectations! I spoke with Dean over the phone at 930 AM - told him what I was interested in, he called me back within 30 minutes going over everything with me & right then and there I was sold! I had been shopping around at a few other dealerships and Nielsen presented me with an offer I could not refuse. Dean was so pleasant to work with - it is my first time leasing and he was there to answer my numerous phone calls throughout the day each time I had a question regarding the process. They started my paperwork before I arrived so that when I arrived at 5 it was all ready to go. Tony was the best salesman I have worked with, and Chris in finance was also amazing! Another plus was that I was in an out of the dealership within 30 minutes! I will definitely refer anyone I know to Nielsen knowing they will not be let down! Thank you again for an amazing experience and for getting me into my Jeep Cherokee! I will return for all my servicing, and will definitely be leasing from you again in 3 years! :)
