I recently contacted Best Group for assistance and I must say, their service was average. While they were able to provide the necessary guidance, I felt that there was room for improvement. The staff was friendly but not overly helpful. Overall, it was an okay experience. I would appreciate it if they could work on improving their response times and providing more detailed information.
