I have never encountered a more unprofessional workplace situation then at THIS company. Bringing in friends to replace (or at very minimum pickup slack in whatever form that is) a team, having the team train them up to par, have the team come in one day to sit through a company meeting with everyone else discussing how well the company is doing, and then firing the whole team afterwards with no warning, no severance, not even to finish the day off. Absolutely... absurd. I can't even believe that's legal.
