As a CUSTOMER, I must say that Snug as a Bug is an average company. The website is easy to navigate and the customer service is responsive. However, I had some issues with the quality of the products I received. The items were not as durable as I expected and the stitching started to come loose after a few washes. Overall, it's a decent company but there is room for improvement.
