I have been a customer of Virtus.one for several years now and I must say, their service is average. While they do provide good quality products, their customer support can be lacking at times. I have had a few issues with my orders and it took quite some time to get a response. However, when they did respond, they were able to resolve the issue efficiently. Overall, I would say my experience with Virtus.one has been average.
