I recently joined Steve Demasco's Shaolin Studios of Fairfield and I am extremely impressed with the quality of instruction and the friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The instructors are highly skilled and knowledgeable, and they do a great job of teaching traditional Shaolin Kung Fu in a fun and engaging way. The classes are challenging but also very rewarding, and I always leave feeling energized and motivated.
