I had an average experience with Concentrics Research. While their services were decent, I felt that there could have been more attention to detail. The team was helpful overall, but there were a few hiccups along the way. The website, phobia.nl, was informative, although some sections were a bit confusing. Not a bad experience, but room for improvement.
