I had an average experience with Cook mechanical, inc. They did a decent job with their service, but it wasn't anything outstanding. The technicians were punctual and polite, and they fixed the issue with my air conditioner effectively. However, I felt that the overall price was a bit high considering the scope of work. In terms of quality, it was satisfactory, but not exceptional.
