Sarcastic male receptionist who clearly thinks a infected ear piercing was something trival and not a urgent matter. I could clearly here him bitching and passing comment about the reason for my visit and giving his two cents on how he wouldn't come to A&E.

He has not asked about my symptoms and I was referred to A&E by NHS 111.

Absolutely unprofessional staff.

Never been attended to by such a unprofessional bunch of staff from the receptionist to the nurse.

Hopefully the doctor will not echo the same behaviour and attitude.
