I have been a customer of Pc point Mannheim for several years now, and I must say that their service is average. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, but sometimes it feels like they are not very knowledgeable about the products they sell. The prices are also a bit on the high side compared to other similar stores in the area. Overall, I would say that Pc point Mannheim is an okay place to shop for computer accessories, but there are definitely better options out there.
