As a CUSTOMER, I must say that Cibal Multimedia is an average company. The quality of their work is acceptable, but there is certainly room for improvement. The website they designed for my business fulfilled its purpose, but the overall design could have been more modern and appealing. Their customer service is decent, although sometimes it takes a while to get a response. All in all, I would give them a 3-star rating.
