As a CUSTOMER, I had a mixed experience with Big Idea Mastermind. While some aspects of their service were quite good, there were also some areas that could be improved. The overall rate can be considered average. The customer support was helpful and responsive, but there were times when I had difficulty reaching them. The website user interface was clean and easy to navigate, but I found some bugs and glitches during my usage. Despite these issues, the company provided valuable resources and training materials for beginners in the online business world. Overall, it was a decent experience and I would recommend giving it a try.
