I recently tried out a few yoga classes at synergyptyoga.com and I am impressed. The instructors are knowledgeable and create a welcoming environment. I appreciate how they focus on proper form and provide modifications for different skill levels. The studio is clean and well-maintained. Overall, it was a great experience and I will definitely be returning for more classes.
