I call sometimes 2-3 times a week , the last two weeks 5 times about a 20 Lb 3' x3 ' x 14" child's book case that set for two weeks in front of my house. they also missed the recycle can so i will dump it in the large green one and give up on recycling . they hired thugs who will not work and people to answer phones that do nothing after a long wait . i wonder why they were hired ?
