I was unfortunate enough to have my immigration case handled by them. They have no sense of professionalism in the work they do and they get away with this possibly due to having contracts with big companies. A simple email would take a few weeks to get a response and they showed the same unprofessional attitude throughout all the steps in my process. Different delays on their part must have added 6-8 months in the processing of my case. I would not recommend anyone to use their services
