I recently had the pleasure of attending a cooking class with Apertivo and it was an incredible experience. The instructor was knowledgeable and patient, and the recipes we made were delicious. I especially enjoyed learning about wine pairing and how to enhance the flavors of the dishes. The class was well-organized and the staff was friendly and attentive. I can't wait to try out what I learned at home!
