The experience with Stride has been average overall. While their app is easy to use and navigate, I've found the customer support to be lacking. There have been a few instances where my questions were not answered or addressed in a timely manner. Additionally, I would appreciate more transparency in terms of pricing and billing. Overall, Stride is a decent company, but there is room for improvement.
