I had a really average experience with Udon Entertainment. The website was easy to navigate and had a good selection of products, but the customer service was lacking. I had an issue with my order and it took a long time to get a response from their support team. The products I received were alright, but nothing exceptional. Overall, it was a mediocre experience.
