My experience with Graff Chevrolet Ottawa INC was a bit disappointing. The salesperson was not very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in and didn't provide much guidance. I had to do my own research and ask specific questions to get the information I needed. On the positive side, the financing department was helpful and made the process easy. Overall, an average experience.
