My recent visit to Tapa Boy was disappointing. The food was average, nothing special. The service was slow and the staff seemed indifferent. The restaurant atmosphere was alright, nothing exceptional. Overall, I wouldn't recommend Tapa Boy as there are better Filipino restaurants out there.
