I had a mixed experience with Sotapop Consulting CO. Overall, their services were average. The consultants were knowledgeable and professional, but I found their communication to be lacking at times. They were sometimes slow to respond to my inquiries and I had to follow up multiple times. However, they did deliver on their promises and helped us achieve some positive results for our business.
